I see a lot of people who want to keep Dooley, but change coordinators. However, I have a different concern. Last year we saw a huge exodus of assistants, more than I have ever seen on one coaching staff. So I would like the opinions of Wes/Kevin as to how much instability there would be in the staff should Dooley make it to next year, and how much difficulty would Dooley have in attracting replacements without an extension?

I feel like Sunseri was a panic hire last year and he has a huge buyout because he wouldn't have come knowing how hot Dooley's seat was without that written into his contract. If we move forward with Dooley next year, who is to say we don't see similar staff turnover as guys flee for safer pastures and an even more difficult proposition as far as filling those positions.

So basically, what's the take of the guys who work here, and can you guys find out whose contracts are up at the end of the year who we might see abandon ship? It would be just our luck to go 8-5, decide to keep Dooley, and then lose half the staff and be unable to find replacements without giving them all gigantic buyouts like Sunseri got.
