Question for W/K/R and the board about the staff

CBJ talked alot yesterday about bringing in the best staff in the country. We also know the minimum salary for the assistants is $3 million! I cant imagine that his staff at Cincinnati plus Jay Graham and Tee Martin will cost that much. I think that based on all that we could be looking at a "big name" at one of the coordinator position like Chavis or Steele. It sounds like Jones will bring his DC with him so it would be the OC if that is true.
Do we think that this is where we are headed?

I think Jones knows he can't bring his whole Cincy staff with him, and he needs to get some coaches with Southern ties to help with recruiting. Now that Tommy Tuberville took the Cincinnati job, we'll find out tonight if Cincinnati will still have an interim coach and staff. If not, those coming with JOnes could be here much sooner than originally anticipated.

This will bode well for us to have his Cincy guys here earlier than expected.

Yeah, these guys have only won 4 conference titles over 6 years in two different leagues. Why the heck couldn't they go 6 for 6 for cryin out loud????!!!!!
These ham and eggers ain't worthy to step on the grass at Neyland. I mean just look at what they've done over the last six years compared to our Vols..........wait.....

Thanks guys! Today's news has answered 1 of my big questions. How do you fill out a $3 million staff with just the Cincinnati staff? If CBJ brings in Martinez and Van Gorder along with perhaps Tee Martin this spends the money.
