I dont think you can call the #1 class in America a class that has 14 players with a star rating of 4.0 (for example) vs a class with 27 players with an avg ranking of 3.87. And lets say both classes have 13 4*s and and one 5*. The 27 player class is better.

But if you have similar classes it is something to look at. Or if a class has only 3-6 more recruits than another. Like UTs and Vandys this year on the 247 Only rankings
