Ok, take this for the grain of salt that it is, but I just recalled when I've seen CBJ coach in person. It was 2008 against Ball State University (Where I attend, and yes, Ball State students do travel when their team is undefeated). At the time, Ball State was 10-0 and ranked #17. While Central Michigan didn't win the game, I remember talking with some friends about how intense this crazy dude was on CMU's sideline. Guy is no joke. Anyone who can get a kid psyched up to play in the MAC is a winner.
Just thought it was comical that 4 years ago the crazy guy on the sideline I was cheering against and talking about how intense he was is now the coach of my real football team. The coach CBJ was going against that night happened to be Brady Hoke. He seems to be doing pretty well for himself up in Michigan right now.
