I might be in the minority, but I love Randy Sanders. He came to my high school, Bruce HIgh School Bruce, Mississippi, my junior year several times to recruit one of my teammates. He was a great guy. He talked with me every time. Chief and Dan Brooks came one of those times as well. It was awesome for me, a lone Tennessee fan in the heart of Ole Miss country, to meet those guys. I'll always remember Randy Sanders being so gracious to me. Btw, my teammate was Armegis Spearman, a 235lb linebacker. Originally committed to the Vols, but backed out and went to Ole Miss due to "hometown pressure".

I had some family in Bruce a while back and I played against them back in 2001. It was raining and the field was flooded. They had a big RB that we couldn't stop and we couldn't pass. Lost 18-12 I think. It was one of the sloppiest games I ever played in.

dogassnat, who did you play for? We've always had a good football program at Bruce. Small town, but everyone takes pride in their football
