There's more wrong with this defense than talent or just transitioning to a 3-4. We are very poorly coached on defense IMO.

Ok I'm thinking kuddo's to the boys for sticking in there to get the win as for you Hart! I'm think that I should send the rest of my season tickets to your office in an envelope with a big turd in there with them because if you don't get rid of this most embarrassing coaching staff in the history of UT football that is what you are! A big turd! Go big orange do it for yourselves keep your head up boys!

Loved the fight in the team but I think that is the worst defense in Tenn history. I know we need more talent/experience on the back end but we certainly have enough talent to hold Troy to much less than 48. I think just about every draw play went for 10-20 yards - Glad we have NFL talent on O and hope we can keep some around next year -

Agreed, 100%. We have OK talent, they just look lost on some plays.

Regardless of what happens to Derek Dooley, you gotta think Sal Sunseri has to go. Have we held ANYONE to less than 500yds offense this season? And 700 yds to Troy?!?!?! Holy cow! It's not like we were playing Oregon or West Virginia.

This is what we get for hiring a position coach to take over as coordinator plus not to mention the other position coaches that where not proven and came from conferences far far weaker than the SEC! I thought we had learned our lesson when we hired Dave Clausen he was the real demise of the Fulmer era - a coach that had no idea how to operate in the big time SEC!

I think the only heal for our defense is time. Time for them to graduate and move on because they don't have majaor collect talent. McNeil, straight out of high school, is better than most of them. Coleman is put back on the field because he supposely has too much talent to keep off the field. What a joke....come on man.
