Recognition from a Gamecock fan - Thank You

  • I just wanted to reach out to you guys to commend and thank your players for going out on to the field tonight when Lattimore went down - for me as a 40+ year fan, have never seen so many young men show such class. You as a fan base have had many special players grace the field at Neyland Stadium, Lattimore is one of those type players for us, if not the most special; we get so caught up in this stuff sometimes we forget that young men's lives can change w/ just one play, again, thanks to all of those young men.

  • Thank you for your classy post. I think I speak for virtually all of us here when I say we absolutely hated seeing Lattimore's injury and sincerely hope he makes a complete and speedy recovery.

Great win by the Cocks tonight. Congratulations.

  • As tough as our season as been, I hope this puts into prospective for ALL fans, that some things are just not as important as we make them out to be. My prayers go out to Marcus and his family. I wish him a speedy recovey and hope he makes it back 100%.

I commented to my wife tonight how much I enjoyed watching him run and seems to be a fine young man. Prayers to he and his family. Thanks for the classy post.

Hate to see any of these young men get hurt. Hope it's just ligaments and not something like a broken femur. Would hate to see that young man's career end like that. My prayers are with him and his family.

  • Classy posts by you Gamecock fellows. What a terrible accident and I am praying for a full recovery. It would be a shame if he were unable to continue living his life to the fullest. He was/is a stud. Please relay our sentiments to your fellow fans. Congrats on the win.
