Ryan mentioned Brentwood Academy's Derek Barnett in his excellent review of the 2014 in-state prospects. Barnett isn't currently ranked, but his stock should rise as the evaluation process unfolds. He came onto the scene in a big way this season, and as more teams get a look at him I think he'll get offers from many national powerhouses.

Funny story: Barnett actually had a punt return touchdown this year. Jalen Ramsey got a piece of a punt, Barnett caught it downfield and rumbled for the score. Scroll to the 14:55 mark of the attached video to see it.
