Rucker's attention to basketball

I think Rucker's attention to basketball is a waste of a valuable resource. I would like to see govols247 begin hiring an intern from cover basketball until after NSD.
If more football requires less basketball, give me MOAR!

I disagree!!! Basketball is important and if you want rumor mill information, go somewhere else. They can easily post facts about football recruiting and still report basketball in the middle of basketball season.

I agree with this idea in theory, but in reality, Wes doesn't do reporting on a casual basis - he's all in, which almost has to detract from football coverage.

I don't doubt it. He's said before that he likes basketball more than football so I'm sure his basketball stuff is better, I've just never read it. Like.. ever. Not even in the VIP Room.

I disagree. Wes' coverage of hoops is the main reason I pay for 247 coverage. He is by far the best at covering TN basketball. I do however understand that I am in the major minority for this part of the country in that I like basketball more than football.
