Man 7 coaches gone. And you know what. I can honestly say the only one I will miss is Sirmon. Was never impressed with Joseph.

I wasn't always thrilled with his on field product...but you're right, it's hard to replace that recruiting. Could be interesting to see who is gonna come team up with Ansley though

Wouldn't even say that. We could definitely do better. Lost Otha Peters. Did get Bourque though.

There is better particularly on the field performance wise. I also don't blame him for leaving. You just don't have any stability here at this moment.

But I will give Joseph tons of credit for keeping the class together. McNeil I forgot to mention him and I wasn't aware he was Drae Bowles lead recruiter I thought Chaney recruited him. So I will tkae back my statement and will agree he is a good recruiter, but we can do better, i truly believe that.

Would give us the option of bringing in another LB coach instead of using a GA. We could use the GA spot for the secondary like we did with Sirmon/Joseph two years ago. I think that makes more sense with moving to the 3-4. Bigger transition for the LBs by far.

Possible, but that puts much of the DB responsibility on Ansley, and IDK if he is ready for that or not... he could very well be, but I just would rather have experience there than two relatively young coaches...
