Secondary Violations by Butch Jones?

Jones' Facebook page is mentioning Players that are linked to UT at the Army All American game...isn't that a secondary violation?
Attached is a picture of it.

If that was his account and he did decide to post something like that, I'd at least hope he'd spell Asiantii Woulard and Reeve Koehler correctly.
