So...is LSU's offense better than ours?

Because they sure are sustaining drives better than we could. There's no reason we couldn't have competed against Bama offensively, and we just didn't.

Difference: LSU's defense allowed 14 points. Our defense couldn't hold a peewee team to 14.

Depends on how you define "better". Will they score more? No. Can they sustain a long, time consuming drive better? Yes...they have a bigger, more physical backs. Who really cares though? They're about to make my weekend!

Meh. Saban just wanted to troll Tennessee and everyone else. He could've beat Les 147-3 IMO.
Maybe he took some anger management meds today and forgot his platform shoes that help him see?

No, LSU is not better on offense than us, it is not close. They have a better running backs, we have a better passing game, and our line is good enough to generate yards against anyone.

Our line is good for pass blocking. We can not line up with two tight ends and run the ball. We only run the ball decently when we're passing the ball.

So why didn't we generate yards against Bama? That and Dooley playing not to lose were my two biggest complaints after the game. We have as much talent on offense as anyone in America yet we were not competitive with the Bama defense. Even with the horses to give them a fight we got our asses whipped handily.

Bray was not himself vs Bama and was rushed/ panic'd in the pocket from snap 1.........it was his first Bama game. LSU has much better RBs.......its not even close. But when we are on....we are much better on offense than LSU but our D could not get off the field vs Bama so we didnt have the chances either.

You said it all right there, I believe Dooley said as much after the game. Our Offense came out flat the was trying to play catch up later. You at least need to be in a position to run the ball, not trying to air it out to keep up and go one dimensional against Bama. Our QB and WRs are much better than LSU.
