When Wes said that UT needs an optimist versus an excuse maker; example "We're too young, not mentally tough enough, no experience." Whatever it was there was no one to embrace what was going right. So this made me think we need someone like Bo Schembeckler, who walked into the Michigan locker room and all the assistants were complaing that Ohio had better facilities and that they were at a disadvantage to Ohio State already. He turned around and scoured at them " You see that old wooden chair? Fielding Yost sat in that chair. You see that rusty nail? Fielding Yost hung his hat on that nail and so did 17 other All-Americans. We have more tradition in that rusty nail than every school in the nation combined." We know how that story ends.So the point being we need to get the hire right even if its not who we as fans want we need someone who is an optimst and doesnt make excuses, and just wins. The sexy hire will only take us so far if its not the right hire. Thoughts ??
