Look. The 20 hour rule isn't going to impact Gruden like everyone thinks. The 20 hour rule is for "required" activities, etc. Gruden will easily overcome this if he lands in college because he is one of the best motivators around. Dooley had issues with players wanting to watch film because they weren't motivated and didn't believe in their current system. I would venture to say that Gruden would get them motivated to spend their "voluntary" hours in the complex watching film, working out, and learning the systems. Gruden will show them the benefits of putting in the extra time and help them understand that is what it takes to get to the league, not to mention that he'll have a squad full of 5-stars that actually have a shot at making it to the league, therefore, they'll put in the hours.
One of the more delusinal posts ive seen. Not only do you act like Gruden is a UT lock, but you act like its a sure bet he would be successful in CFB. And on top of that, since when does UT have a squad full of 5* players? You think Gruden is ready for the grind of recruiting?
