    I imagine this is just the beginning of the floodgates opening for former players (that aren't in the media) speaking out against Dooley publicly.

    I expect Swain will tell his stories on Monday.

    If Dooley had won the Florida game and turned things around into an 8 or 9 win season, Travis would have said he saw it coming. He had all his bases covered. Clay Travis is fun to follow with his interesting links and videos, but that's about it. Hard to take him seriously otherwise.

    If Dooley had won the Florida game and turned things around into an 8 or 9 win season, Travis would have said he saw it coming. He had all his bases covered. Clay Travis is fun to follow with his interesting links and videos, but that's about it. Hard to take him seriously otherwise.

    No he's pointing out that travis was calling for Dooley's head and picking UT to beat UF at the same time.

    Franklin just took Vandy to back to back bowl games and put a once in a generation beating on TN. I'm pretty sure this is one of the only places in the country where he is considered a "clown". If he was TN's coach (and I don't think he should be), we would love him.

    But this is bizarro world; where Dooley rebuilt our program and a guy like Franklin is a clown.

    y'all don't really understand what he does with his site do you. That piece is supposed to be funny. Or the fact that he has been a TN fan all his life? By the Florida game, I had talked my own self into the notion that we were going to beat them. Because I want us to beat them. Even if some of the "reasons" for that opinion had to include something as silly and intangible as Dooley's pants.

    But at the same time, rationally I knew that we were better of without Dooley.

  • Don't have a dawg in this fight, but the Tenn program's downfall from where it was should fall at the feet of Kiffen and the ones that hired him. Dooley had to overcome alot, and based on what the media says, anyone that has coached under or with Saban is guaranteed success....Kirby Smart ring a bell...Just saying I think next year you guys will be better with what you have coming back, so whoever the coach the record should be better....I guess my point here is, I don't know how good of coach Dooley is or not, and understand the frustration for a fans of a great program....just seems the hiring of Kiffen set you guys back in many ways...Not sure why anyone lets this guy coach...going to be interesting to see what happens to this media darling at the end of a season that so many thought USC was the greatest thing in college football....Anyway good luck to you guys, I hope you get someone that will get your program back where it belongs....
