Totally agree. More experience/maturity/depth + easier schedule should = more wins. All I'm saying is, I'm thinking a lot of these kids are going to wait until they see good results before pulling the trigger.

As much as most of us would like to think they should pick the school for the school, you can't necessarily blame them for picking it based on the coach. It's really no different than getting a job and knowing who your boss is going to be.
