How are you guys going to ever gain ground on the teams ahead of you taking these types of players.. Look at the big dogs in the SEC and look what their classes look like already. Even Franklin has it going at Vandy.. UT won't make their move until they hire an elite recruiting staff. UT, more than teams with natural instate and regional recruiting bases, needs an elite recruiter as HC first and foremost. Sad to see UT falling so far behind talent wise, especially on defense. My buddies here in Nashville are flipping out over UT's recruiting. String together two top five classes in a row that are defense heavy and fill needs, and watch UT take off.
