Tennessee 'perfect fit' for Paulk

I was thinking at first that we got a small time coach from a small time conference but man is Coach Jones lighting it up or what! I haven't felt this excited about our football program in awhile. It's so great to read recruits quotes about being excited about what we've got going,our coaches,and wanting to be a part of it. GBO!!!!!

This guy seems like he could be a bowling-ball type player in the mold of travis henry once he adds a few more pounds. pretty good 1-2 punch with hurd already on board.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm absolutely JACKED about Paulk's commitment. Other than Hurd, he was the one running back that I really, really wanted in the '14 class, even more than Chubb. Paulk is gonna be a monster; he runs between the tackles exceptionally well and has a good, thick, strong build. He and Hurd are gonna be one hell of a 1-2 punch. Man, this is great!

The giant of UT football is awakening.
UT may have backed into the right coach( 4 championships in 6 yrs) at the right place(history facilities fan base) at the right time(best in state recruits probably in history combined with the legacy players)
With Dooley I really never had a feeling on his initial hire somewhere in year 2 I knew it was the wrong hire and year 3 proved my felling was correct in yr 2.
Jones I sense immediately he as noted above is the right coach at the right place at the right time.

Now I would love to have a surprise stud commit on defense. And some linemen.
Funny, I used to feel like that would be hoping for way too much, but the last week has proven that it really is possible for this new staff to haul in some ELITE TALENT!!

Ironic. Just like yesterday, when at work, I went to eat lunch around 3 and got the text about Hurd, I was heading to have lunch again today around the same time and heard my phone give the text received sound. I said to myself "that's another commitment." Opened it and BOOMed at work. Just a giddy feeling. Paulk may be a perfect compliment to Hurd. Butch is truly developing a championship mindset on the Hill and these guys have sensed it and want to be a part of it. Welcome to Big Orange Nation Mr. Paulk. BCRT! GO VOLS!

I couldn't agree more. I don't like that JG left for another program. He obviously thought it was a good career move. He has to do what he thinks is best for his family. And we have the VFL program. That includes JG. I say we move on, and wish JG good luck. We are in good hands. GBO!!!!!
