I wasn't directly involved in those decisions, so I can't really offer much of an explanation for that except to point out that we don't consider offer lists in rating prospects.
Campbell is pretty much an athletic freak, as we mentioned in our thread about him last night, but a lot of teams don't know about him since he redshirted at Hutchinson Community College last year. That could explain why he doesn't have the same number of offers as Bradley.
