Just looking at his shoulders, they are not very symmetrical. Look at his scapula. The one on the left is protruding from his back and the one on the right is tighter to his back. Also his left shoulder is raised more than his right so there might be some tightness in his neck and upper traps. Just wondering, but many people are not symmetrical and it does no affect them. Then again it may just be the angle of the picture.
