Tornado Aftermath

My thoughts and prayers are with those in Tennessee and surrounding states that have been affected by the numerous tornadoes. Hope this finds each of my 247 family members safe as well as their families. My heart is heavy after seeing all of the destruction left in the tornadoes' wakes. God bless yall.

I've checked with my friends in the Chattanooga/Cleveland/Knoxville areas, and they all seem to be unscathed by the storms, although one did see the funnel clouds directly overhead before they touched down behind Cleveland Middle School. The scary part is that I could have been down there in this mess if I had extended my vacation another week.

Just got out of bed because of a tornado warning in my county -- but it has missed us so I didn't have to wake up my wife and son for a dash to the basement.
Insane!
Tntoak, I know it's cold up there, but at least you don't have tornadoes

Alaska traded in tornadoes for blizzards, earthquakes, and volcanoes (all of which I've experienced up here).

No major damage here but power was out for about 7 hours. GOD kept us in the palm of his hand. Glad you made it home safe tntoak.

We had some tornadoes and fatalities in SE Indiana and North KY. Also some very strong storms in Ohio southeast of the city. Somehow it split around the Cincinnati area. We got pretty lucky where I live.
