Due to the removal of Jaworski. Dilfer and Boomer are broadcasting the second half of tonight's game.

That article refers to the season opener for MNF, which was a doubleheader (Dateline Wed, Jun 27, 2012 11:26 AM EDT) - has nothing to do with tonight...

Someone posted this and the audio in another thread. Appeared that Cowherd was just saying that Dilfer was commenting on Monday Night Football on the Cowherd show. Like "Wes Rucker, doing Vols football on 247".
That Yahoo article is old. About the season double header.
