Although its not good, I think its a bit misleading. If Neyland only held 60,000, then it would be a sell-out, but I don't think any of us would feel any better about our current relevance in the SEC.

30,000 to 40,000 missing people in the stands is going to be tough for Dooley to overcome. As a student, I know only a handful of people that are going to the game.

Does that include the free tickets to the military that they are distributing?

I agree, but wouldn't a school rather have more seats for the occasional big game? Maybe schools just start budgeting different but I would still want the opportunity to get as many people in the stadium as I could (even if just a couple times a year) if I was an AD.

It will be so quiet in there, you'll be able to hear the "blue hairs" on the East Side of the stadium talking about their bowel habits during the game.

Well at a place like Tennessee I think it is that simple when you haven't been relevant in 15 years. Smaller schools there are other factors but we are starving for a winner more then any other school in college football. We also have a new AD who has no attachment to Doolander, and wants to put his personal stamp on this program.
