Ryan, quick question about the offering process. Why wouldn't the coaches offer Creamer face to face as opposed to telling the coach he had the offer? Seems like that's common amongst a lot of programs when you read articles.

Legacies such as Creamer,Jenkins,Wharton,Kelly,Both Berrys,Bates would be/are great starts and the foundation to coach Jones getting us back to the upper level of the SEC. Lets get them and be proud to have em' !

Can't read Ryan's post so I'll throw in an answer just in case... I'm getting familiar with this as my son goes through the process... As a junior the coaches are technically not allowed to go to his school and visit with the kids. While many schools use the "bump" rule to talk with the kids it's not supposed to happen. An assistant can come and talk with the coach I believe up to 6 times. As far as a junior goes, if they happen to "bump" into him in the hall they can say hi but are not supposed to sit down and talk.
While many schools will talk with the kids, and some high schools are very good at initiating the bump process: it could be construed as improper to talk long enough to offer him in person at his school. Thus telling the coach about it would be the best approach. I'm sure the coach gave him the phone numbers and had him call the UT coaches when he got home.
