Applies only to 'commercial' scalping though. That doesn't include a guy who wound up with a couple extra, for instance.

Tennessee enforces their prohibition on scalping like they enforce their "dry campus" regulations. As long as you don't act like a moron, Tennessee turns a blind eye.

StubHub has the same relationship with Major League Baseball, and it's definitely an interesting partnership.

Be advised that the Atlanta city ordinance prohibits ticket reselling within 2,700 feet of the arena (about a half mile). Enforcement is spotty, but I have seen people arrested for it.
If you are going to sell or buy tickets to the Chicken Game, be discreet about it if you are near the Dome.
