    2012 NFL draft:

    rd1/pk1: Luck (4yrs/$22.1M - $14.5M signing bonus) rd1/pk2: RG3 (4yrs/$21M - $13.8M signing bonus) rd1/pk8: Tannehill (4yrs/$12.yM - $7.76M signing bonus) rd1/pk22: Weeden (4yrs/$8.1M, not sure about signing bonus)

So basically... Bray will have to ask himself if returning for 1 more year is worth $10M-$15M over the next 4 years of his life.

Maybe someone else can do a similar study on WRs.

    +1 Good research

On the flip side, Bray also has to ask himself if the risk of injury is worth coming back for a chance to move up from being a late-first or second-round pick to perhaps a top-15 pick. He has been fairly healthy this year after sitting out about half of last season and playing a couple of games injured at the end of last year. I'm sure Marcus Lattimore and players like that would have loved to have been in the NFL at the time of their injuries.

What pro-style QB has ever been set back in the NFL draft from an injury. I can't think of any. Position requires little to no mobility.

It doesn't happen often, sure, but the point is it could happen. Who knows what kind of injury someone could suffer? It's a speculative thought, of course, but it's one to consider for a guy who may have up to $8 million or $12 million on the table after his junior year of college.

Yea that is a lot of $ for a college kid who we here hates going to class as is.

    Hunter-1st rd
    Patterson-2nd rd
    Bray-2nd rd

I think, barring injury, Hunter is gone. The other two should stay. Not just because I selfishly want them to, but because I think would do them some good.

Agreed. Although I'd love to have Hunter back too ;)

Nice to see Dallas Thomas as a 1-2 rounder. They still have him on the OT list, don't know if he'll play out as tackle or guard at the next level.

I don't understand how they got juniors on the list for the first two rounds and then they omit Ja'Waun James completely off the list for any round. I'm not saying he's gone.... But really...

A new coach and system coudl change him, it will have to in the NFL, you can't say w/ a new coach he wouldn't change. It might not, but I think it would

I think he's to much of a gunslinger to be changed. He's one of those Brett Favre type who literally think they can throw to a target the size of a mailbox moving at 20mph! The crazy thing about is those guys have the ability to do it and Bray is no different they just miss 6 out of 10 times. Thats no kick on him because the majority of QB's will that same target 9 out 10. I don't think anyone will debate his arm strength and accuracy, he's just gotta realize that his position is 70% mental and 30% physical ability and if he ever realizes that and can devote 100% of his mind to the game he could be just as good if not better than Peyton. But I also don't think it will be a coach that will cause him to change I think Tyler is the only one who can help Tyler at this point.
