Kevin Steele from Clemson is a name I keep seeing pop up.

With no tangible signs of progress, Tennessee is very vulnerable for losing those in the program who are not fully committed. There doesn't appear to be widespread belief among the team that things will get turned around. My opinion is based on seeing multiple lateral moves among coaches and Arnett publicly leveraging Dooley's hot seat to pursue a no-consequences transfer. Good things must start happening soon or it will be impossible to reverse the slide under Dooley.
