Man that was a great game we looked sharp. I wish we were a little better at the free throw line and I wish Golden would protect the ball better down the stretch, but over all it was a great game and a great win. Go Vols!!

I don't get how the FT percentage has dropped lately. They was hovering well above 80 percent earlier in the year. Today was bad. I remember seeing that 2-9 at one time and thinking there's no way Tennessee will win this game. Awesome effort today, but there is a lot of areas they can improve on to actually make a decent run through Feb. If this team can find a way to finish at .500 through sec play... look out.

Great game and great effort. To have a chance to make the tournament they are going to have to win some SEC road games and that is tough for any team. The other option will be to win the SEC tournament and that as well would be tough but the way this team has played defense the last few games and with the addition of Spokes and the fact he should continue to grow as he gets in better shape, anything is possible.

yes we will....but, just a part of this team growing up and coming together. we beat Vandy and go to 10-10 and right back into the SEC East.

I thought the divisions in basketball were removed in the SEC.

just glad we are winning these type games on National TV - we are playing good solid basketball even in our losses to UK ( on national tv ) and at Miss
St we looked really good in a losing effort . Very proud of this team

Agree. May not be easy but it's doable.
The NCAA likes to showcase rising stars and Stokes fits the bill. And he's only going to be available for 2 tourneys.
I appreciate good defense as much as the next guy but I also like to see points once in awhile.

Keep in mind Stokes might be more important than what is obvious. Sometimes the selection committee puts teams in the tournament for ratings. If Stokes keeps doing what he is against these projected lottery picks, I think they might put TN in if its a toss up just for the star power.
