Article on VQ this morning said the setup has been prepared for an announcement whenever that might happen. It has been done and ready for a couple of days now. They had to rush last time and they didn't want that to happen again so they got the locker room prepared early.

I may just be going out on a limb, but that doesnt really look that hard for a couple of students to set up in less than 5 minutes and continue to pull pranks and be trolls....

No one group of students have access to all that stuff. The students who work for the AD would never do anything like this either, and they are the only ones who could get in the locker room
