Do you think contracts will be more incentive laden as far as buyouts? Dooley made more in one year here than he did at La Tech now he's getting another $5 mill. I understand coaches wanting to be protected but if you suck why should you be rewarded? Do you think the buyout was excessive in this contract bc of the situation he was walking into?
