This blows away anything I ever saw of Dooley. Seems like a coach that 18-22 year old's would love to play for.

Good video. I have to say, as much as I hated seeing his name on the short lists and hoped it didn't get that far, I'm liking him more and more as I actually read/hear about him. I'm still not sold that he is the best we could do, but it wouldn't be a bad hire by any means.

I will get behind him 100% and not because of this video but because he is the coach of our vols my only concern about him is his staff (the unknown) and wether or not he can recruit to the sec

I have a couple of things to add to this. First, thanks for the video, it actually helps me to know this guy a little better. He seems to be a really high energy guy, and his players seem to want to play for him. Second, I don't think it will matter a hill of beans in the short term. The truth of the matter is that there are many who will not give this guy a chance. There is a guy who calls into all the TSR shows named Jamie. He has made the statement before that if it wasn't a name he could get behind, he would stay at home. At first I was of the mind that says, "If you aren't on board then stay home." Then I started noticing that there is a large portion of our fanbase that is clenicly nuts. There are more out there who are like Jamie than I ever would have thought. I'm glad that coach Jones has that high level of energy, because if he takes this job he is going to need it. Next seasons schedule is horrible. If TN isn't careful the unbalanced among us could turn ugly. Either way, you will find me every day of the week, and especially on Saturday, wearing my orange, and pulling for my Vols. BTW, I think it is imparitive that he makes a call and gets T.Martin on board, retains Jay Gram and Sam Pitman. GBO.
