Last season, they lost to LSU in the regular season, yet still made it to the BCS title game because teams in front of them lost later in the season. This year they dropped to #6 after the loss to A&M, then Oregon loses in OT and Kansas State gets shellacked by Baylor.
Granted, we need a coach who can put the Vols in position to win those games, but some of that Alabama luck couldn't hurt, either...
