Give us a full test drive on this site. You won't be disappointed. Any sport, any question, any time.
I'm posting right now on our best-in-the-business mobile site. It's fast, functional and fantastic.
Don't be shy on the boards. Ask questions. It's our job to answer them. Chime in on old threads or start your own. Don't assume newbies have to be quiet for a while. That's nonsense. Our community is the most polite I've seen. We disagree without being disagreeable.
Our secret is no longer a secret. We're growing all the time, even in the offseason -- which is rare in this business. I can't specify numbers, but we've had an unbelievable number of new subscribers for an offseason week.
Y'all old subscribers are the best. We wouldn't be here without y'all, and we'll never forget that. And thanks also to the new people who have signed up this week.

I have been on both vq and grid for over 13 years and I just signed this week. I like what I have seen. I am tired of the rudeness on other boards so if I can make this site let me scan it in thread mode I am moving completely, thanks for the welcome, by the way I am Piratelooksatforty every where

Welcome, pirate. No thread mode, but the green envelopes let you know that there are new posts in a topic you viewed, and the orange men let you know that you posted in that topic. If you ask the members here, it's amazing that we navigated boards without this.
No need to check every thread, etc.
Also, our mobile site draws rave reviews. We get about 33% of our traffic on mobile, and it's growing. No special URL or anything, just type in the site URL and it recognizes that you're mobile.

When you get a chance to read about and make fun of Wes Rucker yourself, it's hard to beat that.
Community here is simply amazing. It's 2012, I for one, do EVERYTHING with my iPhone and the way this mobile site is, it is way beyond better than anything else.
Usually the offseason is a "dead time" for the staff on these type of sites, but not this one, not one bit.
Hope you new guys stick around and chime in often, it's great here, if you like to discuss The Vols in a grown up setting, I'm sure you'll love it as well.

Reasons to stick with 24/7:
1. Best reporting and writing on UT sports there is.
2. Most civil community on the net. People can disagree, but it never crosses over into personal attacks, insults, etc.
3. The BEST mobile site, without question.
4. Writers for other 24/7 sites will share information here when relevant to Tennessee, which is something you don't see elsewhere.
5. We get to make fun of Wes every single day!!
