I was hoping and didn't really think we'd have to throw Gruden numbers at Strong. I would love to have the guy, but then again I don't want to break the bank on him and not be able to hire a 1st class staff. We really need a great OC, DC, and Strength coach. Ah, but then again we need that great recruiter, motivator, figurehead, etc, and it looks like he's the best out there for us.
Hmm I guess I have to say... DO IT BIG. Go
