Apparently they were showing highlights of Van Gorder last night saying there were reports he's joining the staff.
Is that just totally bogus or have they gotten some good inside info?
One of the coaching rumor mill sites said something about Jancek being humble enough to not be the DC at Tenn. Or maybe Jones is thinking about either co-DC's or "Head Coach of Defense" and a DC.
Also, that would mean 5 defensive coaches and only 4 offense, which frankly makes sense to me if your HC is an offensive guy.
Adding Van Gorder and Tee may not be the best staff in the country, but it's pretty dang close I would have to think.

If this is true, that makes only one position open, which would be on offense. Call Tee a Passing Game Coordinator, essentially in charge of QBs and WRs, give TE to the guy coming from Cincy that handled WR and call it a day with pretty nice coaching staff in place.
