I always heard that Dooley didn't really do this kind of thing. I think I read that he feels players should be able to motivate themselves.

I am full Butch right now. I agree we need someone like that leading our guys.
Check out this video. There's been some debate about his "Dream Job" comments at the presser. Maybe this really was "HIS" dream job and not just "A" dream job. This was prior to playing us 2 years ago. Some interesting comments by our new coach.

Actually Dooley did give a great motivational speech...once...remember? "The last thing I'm going to remind you before we sing, is that one thing Tennessee always does is kick the s*** out of Vandy".
We saw what a lasting effect that had on our team this year...
