He is gonna be such a hit when he is on campus for four years. Gonna really represent the team well in Knoxville. It seems very,very serendipitous that this kind of personality came around right when we needed it

It doesn't matter who all we sign this year, this young man has become one of my favorites in this class! I'm excited to see him grow in this program for the next few years. Truly what being a VFL is about.

I too, really like this young man. He may be rated a 3 star by the "experts" but I guarantee you he will become a 5 star in the hearts and minds of the Vol Nation. He reminds me of a "Rudy with talent"! Back in the 90's and early '00s we had wonderful recruiting years but with that came the "prima donna" guys with an"attitude- the ME guys not team guys. One positive (and there were more than one) thing Coach Dooley did was to recruit talent as well as character. Look at the character of last year's team (remember the whole team going out and encircling the injured Lattimore? Proud day for the Vol Nation) and this year's team shows the same admirable character. Obviously, Butch & Company sets equal or even greater emphasis on the teams character. I may be wrong but check the police arrest records of the 90's-00s. I do know that they have been "few and far between" under Dooley and will continue under Butch. Some things can't be measured in the win/loss record. I couldn't help but to notice that many of the '13 recruits seem to men of high character and Butch's trend is continuing with the 3 men that have committed thus far. I also believe that once Butch assembles a team of "Rudys with talent" then championships will surely follow. Go Vols; Rise To The Top!

Got to love this kid. It's hard not to get excited when you see home state recruits completely sold on our vols!!!
