I cannot find the posts, because they were years ago, but when Fulmer was let go I posted several times on govols.com - and across several articles - that we needed to hire either Charlie Strong (who was at U.F. at the time) or Brian Kelly.

Of course, we got the Lane "the gift that keeps on giving" Kiffin and Derek "should've stayed a lawyer" Dooley.

I AM ALL IN FOR CHARLIE STRONG!!

One question Kevin...I keep hearing that the job at U.T. is currently much better (or at least some better) than it was three years ago. Based on the interest of high level coaches, that seems to be the case. And, if it is better, than I guess we have to credit Dooley for that to some degree. However, Kevin can you offer 2-3 details as to why it is better now than it was 3 years ago? I think I know some of the reasons, but I would like to hear them from someone "connected" like yourself.
