Wes, you said yesterday that one of the big things that might be a hang-up for Gruden accepting the job is him being in control of most everything and that might be something that is not in the cards or at least maybe not to a degree that he wants or had in the NFL. If he makes a decision to get back into coaching and does want to try his hand at the college game, do you have any feel for what might be things that would be hardest for Tenn to accept that he might want.

In the last 24 hours I have read a lot of articles that say Arkansas is willing to give him anything he wants to become their coach. I know Arkansas has never been mentioned as one of the college teams he would consider. Are the control things that might be a problem for Tenn to give, things that would be difficult for any college to give or do you think Ark could and might offer him a lot more control then Tenn ? I know you could not know this next question for certain but curious as to your feel for the situation if you have one. If Tenn cannot offer him enough control and Ark could, do you feel he might take the Ark job or do you think he would wait for the right NFL job?
