Yea very stressful at the moment. I wish that Hart and Gruden could just sit down at a bar or something and just talk plain and simple and Hart really get a feel for what Jon wants to do coaching wise.... obviously the money is going to be there wherever he ends up, either in the booth or on the field. But there has to be something that he wants out of coming back to coaching, and it probably isn't just a huge sum of money (although that wouldn't hurt).

kudos to the report on his wife wanting him to come back to east Tennessee. You can take the girl out of Tennessee, but you can't take the Tennessee out of the girl. love it.
