  • You only get one chance at your dream job, and perhaps this is not the right time for him and his family. Look, everyone in Trojan nation knows UT is probably his dream job, and if he leaves now for a lateral move then we understand and wish him the best. However, this might not be the right time for him. He has a great thing going at SC, and I hope if does decide to stay that you fans understand and not criticize his decision. We all know he bleeds orange and someday he might return home and that time will be with more responsibility than just a WR coach.

  • It may be hard for his wife to pursue a singing career from Knoxville. I don't think he is coming. If the wife ain't happy, no one is happy. Not the end of the world though. There are other good coaches and recruiters out there (including one that is already here - unless he took the UK job already).

    I understand that his wife is a singer of some sort, but I thought that she hadn't really done much since 2006 or something like that. Also, serious question: could her music career not be fulfilled in Nashville? After all, it's Music City, USA.

    She married a football coach. He is not taking jobs only in Seattle, LA, Nashville and Austin.

    They have lived there for 1 year.

    His profession moves on average every 3 years or so.....if you are saying this is about her then I cant wait to see his next few jobs.
