What's on the menu for Christmas dinner?

Are you doing Ham or Turkey?
We started a tradition about 5 years ago doing a rib roast. So for today..
Rib roast w/ Au Ju
Baked Potatoes
Salad
And of of course 10 pounds of homemade candy

Im on a base in Afghanistan that is run by the Germans. For dinner I had Goose, Deer goulash, dumplings, red cabbage, potato salad, cucumber salad, and a double espresso to finish it off. Shockingly good. The germans know how to go to war!

We are having for dinner: Turkey, dressing w/ gravy, collard greens, mac & cheese, rolls and candied yams. For desert: key lime pie, pumpkin pie, chocolate pie, bananna pudding and pound cake. Can't wait!!!! Go Vols!!!!

Actually got two Christmas dinners today. At work, we have ham, turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, hot buttered rolls, pumpkin pie, and buttermilk pie.
At my parent's this evening, there will be prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, pecan pie, and something else my mom won't tell me about...

Chocolate Gravy:
1/3 stick butter or more
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups whole milk
Heat butter in a cast iron skillet over low heat. Mix in sugar, flour and cocoa. Slowly pour 1 cup of milk into the skillet and whisk well to remove lumps. Whisk in remaining milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick, being careful not to scorch. Serve hot over biscuits or pancakes
