Isn't Thunder Thornton bankrupt? You still have Haslam, Ergen (I'm not sure how much he gives to athletics though), the Garmin guy. If Hart wants it done, the money will be there

there are 10-12 people out there that can participate and help with finances including a certain quarterback...for whatever monies might be required and if needed. these are smart people who will not just throw money down the darin but will certainly need to be on board with the decisions to contribute.. nothing we peons need to be concerned with

I have never down voted anyone...so not sure what the issue is. It appears I was downvvoted..not you. Doesn't bother me....I have the financials in front of me...Don't claim to know much but i know a few things about the numbers....might mention that Bill Myers met with some donors in August and walked us through the issues. Yes there are several choices to pick from but all have to include increasing reserves and paying off debt.
Again not sure what your issue is to attack me as a poster.....doesn't seem to bother the mods here..

They don't now but athletics is just one department and if they do not raise the dedicated revenues to to pay the bills, they will be paid from the account all bills are paid. This is all a part of the boring and complicated state government financial management system. Hard to explain in a couple of sentences.

Academics still getting money from UTAD, not the other way around. If we were using academic money we couldn't buy chin straps.
