I think we get Bell, Levenberry, and Dobbs but I don't consider Dobbs a high profile recruit. I know the rankings disagree, but his offer list causes me to question whether or not he's a better option than Ferguson. Doesn't mean he isn't worth the scholly.

It looks like we're gonna end up without a legit RB or DE in this class and perhaps only Jenkins and Smith at WR.. Given our imeduate needs at those positions I can't help but be disappointed if that's how we finish

I'm torn on Lawson. Felt good until this morning.

I think we miss on Ford and end up with a serviceable but not elite RB. I would love to have Ford, but I don't think it kills us for next year. There are only a handful of RBs that would have taken playing time away from Neal and Lane in 2013 (this is assuming they stay healthy - RB depth will be an issue if there are injuries). It's 2014 that will be important. I never want to miss on recruits, but I think missing on an elite RB this year allows us to sell immediate playing time and potential legend status to Jalen Hurd. I'd rather have him than Green, Ford, or Henry.

What was said about Lawson this morning? I missed something obviously.

Actually, Ford isn't visiting Auburn this weekend.

So Ryan, how do you read into him not visiting? Already knows where he is going, or is he visiting somewhere else this weekend?

Ford just visited Auburn this past weekend. Not sure he would feel a need to go back there again this weekend. If he visits anywhere else this week, it may be Florida State or Georgia, which both recently extended offers to him.

Personally I think we end up with Bell, Lawson, North, Bellamy, and Dobbs. I also I'm starting to get a good feeling about Ford. I'm sure he's been told about all the vandy players tweeting the negative things at him, and maybe he sees Tennessee over Auburn partly as an opportunity to motivate himself over these harsh comments and get back at them.
