For me it's not the teams,coaches or players. I can even tolerate the New York based media fawning all over Notre Dame by ignoring them. It's the fans. They are insufferable and each fan base acts like they invented college football. I really can't root for either team.

Can you watch a game and not find yourself pulling for one team over the other?

I like Brian Kelly winning myself. If he wins it should make Butch look good IMO. I know the Saban tree hasn't always been fruitful so here hoping Kelly's produces.

Have to root for the SEC....don't have to deal with any bama fans up here in the Northwest....Never liked ND but respect the job Kelly is doing there -

Yes, I would assume that up there you do not see new Bama stickers, flags, etc. pop up by the dozens daily? Doesn't matter that we are 426 miles from Tuscaloosa and half of the people here probably couldn't tell you where the University of Alabama is or even locate the state on a map.

I find it hard to pull for either one, they're my 2 most hated teams with Florida and USC not far behind. This year I'm pulling for ND because watching Saban lose will make it a little easier to stomach.

If you think the ND stuff is nauseating now, just wait if they beat Bama it will be intolerable. I always pull for the SEC regardless.

It doesn't matter who you pull for bama wins by 14 on a bad day, 35 if they want to. ND is so over hyped by the media.

Personally, I'm incapable of that. But sometimes it's just that I pull against one team more than the other.

Notre Dame. I hate both teams. Pulled against Florida. Just tired of Bama winning. I think I can manage to avoid ESPN and the biggest Notre Dame homer ever, Lou Holtz ranting and spitting every where about how he thinks this Notre Dame team is the best in CFB History.
