Not a bad idea. We would have evaluate the impact on the WR recruits but it sure would give us a full time RB coach and a monster recruiter.

I would like to see Tee coach the position. If not, Dooley himself coached WR's at SMU and was one at UVA. I think he could handle that and bring in Porter or Graham. Not sure how effective he would be as a wr coach and a head coach. But I do think the answer that's best for the program is Tee Martin. UK's receivers aren't bad and he is one of their top recruiters.

I just had a horrible thought. What if coach Baggett is sick. That would explain the 'retirement' aspect of this. I pray it's not something like that.

Tee Martin would not just be a coaching addition, but a new voice that these kids will respond to. He knows UT tradition, and he is a proven winner champion. We need that voice on the staff.

Bring in Tee Marting as WR coach.
Fire Terry Joseph. Divy up his duties to Wilcox and Sirmon, creating an extra coaching spot.
Make Wilcox DC & DB coach.
Let Sirmon take over Recruiting Coordinator duties since he is already highly involved with it, and stay LB coach.
Let's have a true RB coach with Jay Graham or Larry Porter, or the like.
New OL coach.
Consider making changes with Eric Russell.
Keep Chaney, Hinshaw, and Lance Thompson in place if possible.
BOOM.

On the serious side of things, everyone seems to be jumping on the Tee at WR bandwagon. I know he would be a fan favorite, but are we sure he would be the best option at WR coach from a player development standpoint?

I'm just curious because I don't really know, but wouldn't you want a coach that either actually played the position or had a lot of experience coaching the position?
