After Dooley's "It's AD and Chancellor's decision" comments, I'm wondering who Dave Hart has hired before.
Quick glance at his bio shows him inheriting Bobby Bowden and Saban. Will this be his first big-time football hire?
Just looking for any kind of hard evidence on how he makes decisions.

Hart has been around big time programs for many years, and he has great connections across the coaching community, unlike the previous AD, so he knows what a successful program needs and what it's going to take to run one. IMO, he'll make the best hire he possibly can, and hopefully that's good enough.
