I guess I don't know enough about position coaches in the NCAA to know who would be an absolute knock-out hire. I knew well enough when Dooley got Graham that he was a KO. Who now? What is you're #1 fantasy dream guy for the job? I've sensed Trooper is your realistic goal and that Manning should stay in Dekalb, but I'm interested to see who would be the best possible choice, realistic or not.

I want Lance Guidry on staff at some point. But he is all defense.

The more I think about this, where do you even start? A lot of people that you know would probably have to make a lateral move. Its not like your hiring a coordinator, so my question is do you take a shot at an up and comer who played in the SEC or do you try to grab a southern guy thats maybe a head coach at a DII school? I would be interested in seeing even a list of viable options. I mean most people that are employed are going to have to be really underpaid or really unhappy to make a jump for a running back position.

why hire a black coach?to me black or white the best out of the either 1 ,is the one i want,black,orange,red,white i care to 2 cents the best man for the job i say hire him.
