That one gets mine because i was at that game, i was 10 yrs old, before the snap my dad turned away and said "I can't watch... i'm gonna puke..."
I've never heard a stadium erupt like that.
The TD from Ainge to Bret Smith that almost got picked off was pretty sweet too.

This one is my most memorable. I had around 80 people at my house for that game. After we won all of us went to the strip and had a blast. I will never forget what I can remember.

That was one of the most important plays in UT history, and no one on our team did much of anything on that play until Ratliff got the ball. Since you mentioned this play, I will mention the Travis Henry touchdown run a few plays after The Fumble.
Also, that season would have never happened without the game-winning Jeff Hall kick against Syracuse to start the season at the Dome, and the first TD pass from Tee to Peerless against FSU in the Fiesta Bowl. So I named more than one, sue me!

One I haven't sen mentioned which I loved was Hardesty's spin move on SC. But my all-time favorite would be the Stoener fumble. A lot of heart went into that play.
Wilhoit's kick was a masterpiece too though lol

1998 BCS national Championship last snap of that game-
2nd--the OT field goal against UF - long time between wins
5th OT vs Bama snap in that game to win was also nice.
Heck any win agains Bama or UF is on the list for me.
