  • I feel this will be a much better year if we find a really good QB. I feel Peterman might be the next Mansiell but only time will tell. Obviously the defense getting us off the field earlier is critical. On another vein, does anyone in the Nashville area know a good, legit, chronic pain clinic/doctor in that area ? I'm looking forward to spring practice and NO injuries.

  • Well, that was a diverse post.

Got nothing in the way of pain doctors, but I would caution you about the Peterman Manziel comparison. Guys like Tim Tebow, Cam Newton, and Johnny Manziel don't come along very often. They just don't.

Do we have a guy on our roster who has a similar playing style to a guy like Johnny Football? Maybe. But to believe that we have someone who will be as effective as JM was last year for aTm is probably setting yourself up for disappointment. And pain. For which you would then need a pain doctor.

Ok, now I see the correlation between the topics in your OP. I get it...

  • I think Dobbs will be in the mix to start. This is going to be an interesting spring indeed.

Can't help on the pain doc either.

  • I know many will laugh at this but I believe Worley wins the job and has a solid season. He was a "system" QB coming out of high school and many wondered why Chaney wanted a system QB for our pro style offense. So I'm going with maturity, leadership and experience over everyone's favorite...the new guy(s).
